This stream has been designed to target those individuals who want to immigrate to a particular province in Canada as a Permanent Resident, based on their work experience, education and skillsets. Even though the Federal government is responsible for Immigration in Canada, it also allows the provinces to nominate individuals who desire to settle in their province. There are different streams in these programs and are called Provincial Nominee Programs.
